Once you have a good 6 star qq bang, you can pretty much wear whatever you want. QQ bangs don't excuse the absence of good outfits.
In theory, if you have a clothing that ups Ki by 5 and reduces Stamina by 5, and then another piece of clothing that ups Health by 5 and reduces Ki by 4. This would be your stats: Health + 5. Ki + 1.
