Litter robot torque fault.

I received my litter robot 4 today and it worked for 10 mins and not its saying it has a torque fault. I did all the trouble shooting the website recommends (take litter out, reset, clean the track) and it still isn't working.Well for the sticking litter problem yeah get something which clumps quickly like the whisker branded stuff or arm and hammer clump n seal. I use the Clump N Seal cloud control (light blue colour) but its ungodly expensive and I've only seen the sticking issue occur once in the past month that I've had it. Please try to remove the litter from the globe then press the “Reset” button on the robot then unplug for 10 seconds then plug it back in and let the robot cycle. They just sent me a new unit. Interestingly the motor on the bad one was made in march 2021. The one they sent me had a motor made in Jan 2021.
