it's usually self explanatory. enable 144hz and freesyc in the monitor's settings and then from the nvidia control panel enable gsync for that monitor and leave the other as it is. it should work. otherwise, come back on the forum for troubleshooting. See how much these two go for.
34" is the perfect size for 3440x1440 ultrawides imo. This basically results in the same height as a 27" 1440p monitor but with the extra width. There are 38" 3840x1600 ones, but they're extremely expensive. The Gigabyte M34WQ is a good choice. It's not the best, but better than most similarly priced VA options.

They are probably using Gsync anyways, which is the proper way to improve monitor responsiveness, not more FPS that your monitor cant even display.
