Edit: Apparently this error, in the past, has been resolved by changing your EA password. Before you try that (and get stuck in EA's gorriblewebsite), I recommend waiting for the patch. You should login to your google/Apple account and disconnect any device you don’t recognize. As long as the person that has access didn’t connect it to Facebook, you should be able to stop them.
