Oct 25, 2021 · I'm almost always there for tonkotsu but Silverlake's garlic truffle ramen is the best thing I've ever eaten. There's always Tsujita on Sawtelle. Their tsukemen and Silverlake's are in a constant battle for #1 in my book. I’m sure it tastes great, but it kinda looks like thousand island dressing in a bowl.

We chose Silverlake Ramen while walking around the tourist attraction, Third Street Promenade. It was quick and easy to get food in a bustling area. They had plenty of vegetarian options.
