RCD330 Noname for Volkswagen Touran 1T. Hello Reddit, I am looking to buy a new car radio for my Volkswagen T1. I have looked into some radios and found that: the RCD330 matches my needs (Android Auto, Front Usb) I need a Canbus Adapter to prevent battery drain. Now I have got some questions:

The trims in particular are either a Jetta Sport w/ 8-speed automatic and the IQDrive package, or the Kia Forte GT-Line. When choosing a Golf, you can choose between the efficiency of an unreliable mk7 1.8T or the reliability of an inefficient MK6 2.5L. Maybe if you get a TDI, you can bridge the reliability-efficiency gap a bit. All 2014's except for the base engine came with multi-link rear suspension, so they weren't AS big of pieces of shit as their predecessors, but it still a cheapo car designed for rental car companies. Low fluid/leaks. Air in the system. Low/bad battery. Fuses. There are some fuses/relays you can check.

There are no engine options throughout the line. I went from an 2020 SE-R line Tiguan to a 2021 Jetta S and I was afraid that I would miss all of the above mentioned features, and to be completely honest I don’t miss them at all except for the leather wrapped steering wheel. Although the Tiguan had an analog instrument cluster also. I own a 2013 2.5L Highline and love it, the 2.5L is definitely the most reliable from what I've heard from other VW owners as well as people from the group, I've ran into some small inconveniences but nothing too major, currently have an issue with my car shutting off at idle randomly, but from what I've read it's because of crankshaft position sensor.

I have a 2016 Jetta S 1.4 and run 87 with APR stage 1. You can tune it to 93 octane with stage 1 but its only like a +5 HP difference from 87 and Im not paying extra in gas (especially since its gone up where I live) for 5 HP. CAJMusic • 2 yr. ago. The 2.0 Jetta is really slow, but really cheap to maintain and reliable. Like really slow. IMHO...Jetta = better driver ; Camry = more reputable reliability. My 2012 Jetta S was an early 2011 build, made in Mexico. That means that for me, those "quick struts" won't work because my steering knuckle is meant for a "50mm strut housing" instead of a 55mm. All this being said, you may have less of an issue because you're trim is an SE, and these issues might be strictly base-model problems.
