Pentair screenlogic app not working.
My mobile app worked just fine for nearly a year and it randomly stopped connecting to my Pentair Easytouch. I tried rebooting the internet, unplugging/replugging the Screenlogic adaptor and everything seems to be ok. I checked the wireless address in the Easytouch settings and the password is set to "No."

I have a pentair intellitouch system and for some reason it is not responding to the remote or the wifi app. It is an older system and has been working fine until now. On the app I can see that it is some what communicating because the temperature shows but if I turn something on it says its on but the system doesnt turn it on.The Pentair Screenlogic windows/mac app let you change what circuits are turned on for freeze mode in the less than obvious "Configure Screenlogic" settings sections. But... If you turn them off then it won't turn on during freezes. Not sure that's ideal, but it's your pool. If not, you will need to update the computer software from their website. Sorry, not update, un-install, then reinstall with the newer version.

Here's what I've done so far: 1. Connected the 3-way valve actuator to "Valve A" port on the controller. I also moved my slide valve actuator to "Valve B".
It seems like it is just another GUI via an App. If Screenlogic is being used then I do not see what HS has to offer. Likewise if HS is being used for the GUI then I do not see what Screenlogic is adding. Again, not my domain and I can only comment from the 50,000 ft level. We are only adjusting the heat on the app and we have the heater (Raypak Model 406A) set to stay at 104 degrees. What we’ve noticed is that the pentair system is responding to the app commands as when we go to turn the heat setting on we can here the pump running.
