The issue does not affect Direct Enrollment scenario. Workaround: Fortunately, there's a relatively simple workaround. Just replace the invalid URL portion with the valid URL portion for the MDM server on the Mac computer, then try preparing the device again. Again, we'll update this post when the issue is fixed.

According to both my phone and the device itself, enrollment was successful. Upon enrollment, I turned the computer off. When I went into ABM, I am not finding the machine in there at all, it isn't listed under the manually enrolled devices and if I search for the serial number, it doesn't hit anything.
