As we waited to order cafeteria style, udon dough was loaded to cut more noodles. We shared a large Nikutama Udon for $11.25, a small is $9.75. The udon was fresh and chewy, the best I've ever had. It was topped with a soft boiled egg and thinly sliced beef. The broth was rich and was a bit sweet side, but overall delicious!
